Project life Week 7

Here is my Project life Week 7 spread. It's getting so much warmer here in Nor Cal lately. All the veggies I plant is sprouting like crazy.
Hubby also plant a couple of fruit trees in our front yard. Hopefully by next year, we will start to have some crops. Since the weather is getting so nice. I am also taking doggie out to the park at least once a week. She loves outdoors where she can explore. I am also attending the gym everyday except weekends. And also watch what I eat. I am hoping to have a beach body this summer. lol

Sketch 21 Layout.

This is my recent work also a layout for Sketch 21.

February sketch with Gossamer Blue and a chance to win.

 Hey all:
I am super excited and honored my second sketch is up on Gossamer Blue's blog.

Here is my sketch. I am totally on Valentine's day mood now. lol

Here is my take on for the sketch. When I design this sketch. I know I am going to hand sewn the big heart. And I love the result. The white/red twine made this heart looking super adorable.

And here are some of the close up on the details.

I also hand sewn the arrow and the line for the two hearts. Love it. I am encourage to play along for a chance to win a Gossamer Blue kit. All you have to do is upload  to GB's flickr and like their facebook, then share your layout over there. Hope to see what you come up with the sketch. All the entry have a chance to win $10 gift certificate to the store.

2013 Project Life Week 4 & 5

2013. Project life Week 4-1 /生活紀錄第四週-1

In this spread, I tried to include some embellishments from my stash, such as flair buttons, Washi taps and fabric sticker...etc. Also I got some jounaling cards from our swap all the way from Taiwan. How fun is that. The journaling card on the bottom right is by SbVendor. Super adorable heart shapes with sewing.

 2013. Project life Week 4-2 /生活紀錄第四週-2

I also cut some cute art works from my Silhoutte. The coffee cup is from the Perfect Blend stamp set by Avocado arts. Is it cute or what? Perfect for a coffeeholic like me.

2013. Project life Week 5-1 /生活紀錄第五週-1

In the week spread, I use some stamp brush in Photoshop before I printed my photos. They came out pretty darn adorable. And it's perfect for some photo captions. It's getting warm here in Nor Cal. The other day when I did some photo shoots in our backyard. Doggie followed me and lie down in the sun. What a lovely day together.

2013. Project life Week 5-2 /生活紀錄第五週-2

During week 5, I got an email from CK magazine saying my project is accepted and will be publish with them in the July/August issue. This is like a dream come true to me. Their magazine is the first scrapbooking/crafts magazine I ever subscribed back when I first start  to know about scrapbooking. So this is a super excited news.

2013. One little Word blog hop

Please feel free to click on the image to enlarge it. :)

Here we are at the very first  One Little Word blog hop. I am here to share my January assignment with you. Well, as you can see, I am not quite done here yet. Ali Edwards, who is teaching this class is also someone very talented said, feel free to take your time during this journey. So I'd rather to take everything slowly but steady.

The word I choose for 2013 is BELIEVE. As of now, this word becomes very important in my life. There so many things that I'd love to be accomplished. But truth is, I need patience and faith to wait for it to happen. I am willing to learn from this lesson and wait for the best to happen for us.
